ZB HAL BREMAN

The ZB Hal is the second project we realized for Breman on their campus in Zwolle, continuing the transformation of the site into a forward-looking hub for technology and craftsmanship. Within the dated industrial shell, we created a bright and contemporary workspace using a remountable wall system that embodies circular design principles. The walls are fully demountable and reusable, yet finished to a seamless white quality that enhances the sense of light, clarity, and spaciousness within the hall. This precise and refined infill contrasts with the rugged industrial envelope, creating a calm and timeless interior. The project demonstrates how circular construction can go hand in hand with architectural quality, and forms the first step toward a larger vision—connecting this space to a new Respace-built extension planned in the adjacent hall in the coming years.
